The fee covers the checks we agree to for the visit and an explanation of the findings. A fault code is a clue, not proof that a part needs replacing. If the concern needs more testing than the agreed visit covers, we’ll explain the extra scope and cost and get your approval first.
We’ll explain what the checks show, what remains uncertain and whether the repair can be done where you’re parked. Parts and repair labor are separate from the diagnostic fee. The $50 credit applies only to qualifying repairs under the offer terms.
